The Yoga Studio at RVCC

Our fully-equipped Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes throughout the week, taught by qualified and knowledgeable instructors specializing in Iyengar Hatha, Multi-level Hatha, Men’s Yoga, and more. No matter what your fitness or experience level may be, there is a class that will work for you. Many of the instructors also offer private or small-group instruction.

Schrider, physical therapist and certified Yoga Instructor.  Agnes has been teaching Yoga since 2006 and integrates her training in physical therapy and anatomy, mindfulness and wellness for a safe and fun class.
